Lead complete redesign of the OTC Health Solutions app, from IA, new products and flows to UI and micro-interactions.

What problem are we trying to solve?
Existing app had poor UX, unclear IA, and outdated overall design.
Needed a modern, accessible, and scalable redesign that could support new product features.

Reviewed existing app, mapped out current Information Architecture.
Identified usability issues and visual design inconsistencies.

Goal
Redesigned the CVS OTCHS app into a modern, scalable, and user-friendly experience
by improving its information architecture, usability, and visual design while introducing new features like multi-benefit card management
Design evolution
The redesign progressed through rapid weekly iterations, where each feature was refined based on stakeholder feedback and usability best practices. I refined key features like benefit cards, navigation, and checkout from wireframes to polished designs
